I have been heavily ignoring the news for my own sanity (since losing all my btc to mt gox) and holding only dogecoin which in April struck big. I logged in with my binance.com account, moved doge in and diversified which I think was going through work datacenter in Canada. I was accessing binance.com but now when I log in it is saying I need .us login since it sees me as in the US. I cannot because I am in a state that is not on their list of supported states. Now I cannot withdraw my crypto due to "suspicious activity" since I also needed to change my password. I am on with support and they are very friendly/helpful but they told me I should convert everything to a binance.us account. I tried but they said my state is locked.
I am waiting for their department that can help with the lock but I am skeptical. I really hope my "head in the sand" attitude did not screw me out of my portfolio.
I would legitimately move back home to my home/neighboring state that has binance.us compatibility just to get this handled.
Is anyone else in this boat and did Binance.com support help with this being a US customer?
