Old ledger wallet. Just making sure I do things right

First of all, I know not to respond to DMs. Second, I'm 99.999% sure that I don't have much on the wallet. So I'm not overly concerned. But I still want to see what's on there. I haven't plugged the thing into a computer in a few years. I just want to make sure that I don't screw anything up. Any advice? It's a ledger nano. Will there be any updates to do and should I do them?
