One year ago the media was starting to call Bitcoin an “insignificant fallacy“ as prices fell to sub-$20k. Guess they were wrong once again.

Turning the clock back exactly one year, the sentiment in Crypto markets would be nearly the complete opposite as right now, we just came off the historic LUNA crash and the contagion of it that also made the crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital and Celsius crash. This caused an historic event as for the first time the prices during one bear market plunged below the ATH of the prior cycle. With BTC crashing to sub $20k momentarily.

Obviously all of that caused peak-fear in Crypto and in a matter of days it was all basically a ghost town and mainstream media took that obvious opportunity for their usually “Crypto is dead“ headlines.

Here we have an article calling Bitcoin just a “historically insignificant fallacy“, written on the 4th July while BTC prices were at about $19k. Seems like the media was once again all wrong with their dubious claims, as BTC is +100% off the bear market lows right now and seems to be right on trajectory to hit new ATHs in 2024/25.

But I am sure that once we did another 5%, the media will be back with calling Crypto dead as they always do. Anyone taking advice from the media will surely be worse off than even taking advice from this sub.
