One Year Anniversary: "Deploying more capital - steady lads" - a reminder for all of us.

Exactly one year ago today, one of the most famous (and disgraceful) set of words ever spoken in Crypto were spoken. For uninitiated, these were the words from Terra founder Do Kwon, who is currently in prison somewhere on the planet.

Just looking at this tweet again, there were 22000 people who believed in these words by heart that something positive would come but it was all a big Ponzi scheme run by a bunch of arrogant people, mostly one. There is also an advice from a Crypto influencer on the strategy.

These words may not mean much to those unaffected from Terra collapse but for those who were affected, the event surrounding it was one of the investing nightmare of a lifetime, it destroyed many many people's savings of a life time. So many people committed suicide and many went into depression. Not how we ever dreamt of Crypto to impact the society. A stark reminder, worth not forgetting what happened, and the fact that we need better principles and tools for future of Crypto, moreover, we need to get better at looking at projects and people.

I hope for peace and strength for those who were negatively impacted by the Terra collapse. In some ways, all of us were impacted as that collapse set the market on a downward spiral.
