Ontario resident and Canadian citizen in the US til after New Years. VPN in?

So Ontarians (?) need to have their assets off of Binance international by December 31st, 2021.

I’m in the States until a bit past January though so I can’t sell or withdraw my crypto. They can see my IP and said when I’m back in Canada, everything will be good.

If I just use a VPN to go in and make my withdrawals, etc, before the New Years, will my account be frozen half way through? I kind of want to make a couple sells and withdrawals at different times, so it might not be all in one go.
