I emailed Binance.US regarding an issue with 4K XLM 2 months ago. Was 2 weeks before I heard anything back. The initial email tells me not to re-submit or I will go to the back of the list. I’m under a firm belief that this sub is the only reason I heard anything at all.
I received a response from “yoda” telling me to email the video of me and all my info yada yada yada….. so I did…. That night. I almost immediately received a follow-up email stating that they received it and will be hearing back from them and that they gonna charge me for the mishap. Ok cool I get it. I screwed up but they’re able to fix it and that’s the price I pay.
Fast forward….. a few weeks ago (after not hearing a word from them) I reply to the (initial follow-up) email they sent and asked if this is still being worked on?….. dead silence. No update, no follow up, no reply to anything. So today here I am….. no idea if they’re still working on it, no idea if I did something wrong in my reply email no nothing. Nothing nothing nothing.
They know they don’t have to reply because they there’s basically no competition and this no reason for them to do so. If you use them to buy crypto, get it off of there ASAP! Because if there’s a problem then it could be 2 months (and counting) in complete darkness with no idea of what’s going on. Poor business practices. Poor!!!!
