P2p canceled order but payment deducted

So today I had a 50k inr p2p transaction it showed error on doing the payment but my money had been deducted. I told him done, he said he didn't get it so I thought ofcourse it has to be a bug but I still haven't received the money back and now I'm scared.

I tried chatting with him but the order is canceled will he ever see the chat ? And I tried appealing but after clicking file an appeal it showed contact customer support if you had more problem with this transaction and nothing else.

I tried contacting customer support but no one has responded yet idk how much time that will take.

Can someone help me what should I do ? I emailed my bank to confirm the transaction happened or not but I'm scared if it happened am I done ? Please help me
