Hi, I have just tried to purchase around $1300 of crypto using P2P which I tried to pay in two instalment to the seller (as there is a limit on the maximum I can send) however my bank has a total limit for daily transactions so I wasn't able to pay the second instalments. The seller said they didn't receive the first instalment and went offline so I wasn't able to raise an appeal, how should I proceed?
