P2P suspension for no reason

Hello! My P2P account was suspended yesterday for no cause. I spoke with binance agent and I sended him financial institution assertion and video recording and he stated my account might be suspended for three months and I can’t submit provides on this time, and in this three months I've to do at the very least 20 orders as a taker and after they may assessment my submit add perform to allow them.
