P2P swift transfer

i wanna cash out some of my money but i live in a 3rd world country and swift transfers are all that work

if i do a p2p sell with swift as payment method when should i release the coins from escrow?

since swift payments take a couple days to process should i leave them in escrow

also any tips on p2p selling would be appreciated

also what's the difference between merchant ads and non-merchant ads are the later unsafe?
