Passkey Verification on Desktop: Windows Hello

Each time i attempt to login on desktop i'll get the standard exhausting 2FA record... telephone, e mail, authenticator... typically even facial verification... but the passkeys one blocks me each time.

It immediately opens a Windows Security grey box that leaves me no choice but to cancel and go back "Ensuring its you". Despite on one other PC opening up the QR and allowing me to finish the passkey from my telephone.

Googling this brings up that i have to disable Home windows Whats up however each single information leads me down paths to settings that i wouldn't have.

Anybody understand how i get round this? I performed with each setting conceivable and cannot find a working answer. If i remove passkey altogether... will that restrict my account altogether? Is there one thing i'm missing?
