Paying my rent with crypto

So I recently got the Coinbase debit card, and wow I am amazed at the benefits! 4% back in stellar lumens - that I can easily convert to any crypto I want - is incredible. I used to pay my rent in regular bank checks (no cashback rewards or anything), but now I'm paying with the debit card. At my current rent of $709/month, that's over $28 of free crypto each month! I can't think of a single reason to not use this, and I would really encourage others to look into this great opportunity (not financial advice). DeFi is the future y'all.
