PC app and limit orders, Futures

Issue is only being able to place reduce only orders if a long or short is open. The useable balance shows zero so I literally can't swing trade with a limit order on the app anymore without being at my pc at the precise point my target is hit to manually place the trade.

I raised a ticket regarding the issue with the desktop app and was wondering if others are experiencing the same or have a fix. The guy at binance was not helpful, didn't understand the issue, just kept saying, your useable balance is zero.
