I was first interested in bitcoins back in 2014. A friend of mine came back to school one morning explaining that him and his older brother just invested 2k in bitcoins. I clearly remember my friends and I making fun of him and telling him he just lost all his money. Fast forward 2 weeks later, my friend had sold all his BTC because he had enough of us making fun of him. He only got back in crypto in 2020… when I and everyone else did. I always try to think about that moment when people or the media is saying that crypto will never become a thing and it just a waste of money. Nobody really knows how everything will turn out but if you invest what you can afford to lose in the end it won’t really matter.
