Pending the last verification stage since February (it's currently September). Any suggestions?

I've opened up a support ticket and constantly get the "we apologize. we're going to escalate this" and then nothing happens for a week or two. When I follow up again, it either gets ignored or someone who apologizes and says the same thing.
