Pending Transactions not showing on etherscan?

Hello new to crypto scene. I tried to add to a uniswap liquidity pool and approve my coins for it but still pending weeks later and can't look at the transactions on etherscan.

This is using coinbase wallet through uniswap app. Am I doing something wrong here?

When I look at my wallet on etherscan it shows the eth is still there as well as the alt coins but pending in coinbase wallet. Will these transactions ever complete or eventually revert?
