Those market swings seem so out of place in my opinion. There are a lot of people like me who are just constantly buying and never selling. People who will only start selling if they can make a massive move up with their lifes (or not selling at all). I'm thankful for the current prices (not counting in current upswing), but at the same time it perplexes me a bit. IMHO you cannot tie actual "classic predictions" to bitcoin, as long as there are players like me (growing in numbers) who just always buy and do not intent to sell short term or during bears. No other asset in the world has legit number-go-up tech literally built in and there are a ton if reasons why bitcoin will not be dethroned imho.

All the necessary fudamentals that hard money needs
Fairest distribution out of all coins (also the right people got rich with it, not VC)
Strong POW network
Best possible approach for trilemma as far as we know today.
High decentralization
Fixed supply
No other crypto will ever be able to compete with bitcoin's hashrate. That only could happen if bitcoin experienced a major fundamental flaw.
With my current understanding of bitcoin, this all feels like a free ticket to get wealthy and it dazzles me how all of my friends are trading this asset back and forth. Maybe the real issue is time preference.
