Please don’t use Robinhood crypto. I beg you.

You will be clowned on by everyone else. This is literally like putting money in your dogs mouth as a bank. They are just going to chew it up, swallow it and say you can’t have it when you want it.

TL;DR it makes no fucking sense to have your crypto in Robinhood crypto wallets.

Metamask is just as user friendly as Robinhood doesn’t have greedy lying assholes behind it. Actually nobody but you controls your funds on metamask - literally. Open metamask wallet and get started on the Polygon Blockchain. That’s a great start. From there you might end up on Fantom, Avalanche or another (checkout defillama.com for insights on different chains). Don’t use ethereum because gas fees are impractical for the average person but you can get all the same tokens on Polygon, Fantom or BSC! The same metamask wallet and address you use for Ethereum is same for Polygon, Fantom, all EVM compatible chains! Robinhood will surely limit the tokens you can buy. So just get on the chains and not in Robinhood’s pockets and have access to practically every token! Once you get on the chains, you can start doing defi which opens up a whole new can of worms for profit, but long story short, it’s like buying stock and earning interest as time goes on no matter if the prices goes up, down or flat.

In conclusion DONT USE ROBINHOOD CRYPTO. It doesn’t make sense unless you absolutely dont know anything about crypto and just wont to hold some. But if bitcoin rockets … I bet robinhood would do some shit like “sell for you” give you fiat and say “oh sorry we had to for regulations” … Just do a little research on metamask and polygon to get you started!
