Please give some advice to a bear market noob

Hey everyone yes this is my first bear market (Im not convinced it is over yet). I started piddling in crypto with DOGE and SHIB, made a little money and got hooked line and sinker. For a while after that I made several poor decisions and lost all my gains, that being said it finally sank in I needed to DCA into what seem like solid projects. Over the course of late summer and fall I bought into BTC and a couple alts I really like. I am currently solidly in the green, one of my alts by over 100% I have no real plans to sell in the near future as the amount of money invested isnt needed to survive plus I am staked with my alts. That being said my question is this. For those of you who have been through bears before, what made you decide its time to unstake? In both of the alt projects Im invested in there is muti week undelegation periods. For now im happy to compound but I am worried a time will come when I should think about unstaking and Ill miss the boat....reverse FOMO I suppose lol.
