PLEASE HELP ME SUPPORT. My money is being held hostage my Binance #72365162

Binance.com Case ID : 72365162 Situation : I cannot withdraw my funds due to “your account is potentially at risk. Submit an appeal to resume withdrawing your funds” you cannot appeal. I have never changed my Binance details either. I need the money due to family reasons which are very important yet Binance are ignoring me(I understand everyone is having issues) but I need my funds. I have sent my bank statement, my government issued passport and the error message I am receiving. Please can people upvote this so Binance can see, I am not a big time investor. I am young with a fairly ‘small’ amount but that’s not what matters. It’s the fact Binance is not helping their customers who have placed them where they’re today... thank you
