Please help! Ens domains stolen.

Hey, this whole post might be dumb and i feel really dumb right now for what happened.

Just a couple of hours ago i was looking into some cool NFT collections on Twitter. Then i was tag on this big Twitter account who tagged thousands of other people. The linked seemed valid, but only after i took a second look on the link i noticed it wasn't the same at all.

I would advise to NOT click on random links and do NOT connect your wallet to random websites!

I locked my OpenSea account: https://opensea.io/jokeroftime and i sent a help/stolen ticket with all the transactions, a screenshot of the ens names that were stolen from me.

My ens names are:

Karwan.eth, DogAqua.eth, Potassiumcyanide.eth, JokerOfTime.eth and three more.

I registered all of these names.

The ens names still have me as the controller, but the scammer as the registrant now. I have also sent a DM to the "real" twitter account but they haven't answered. And i say "real" because i don't know if i can trust them.

I never sent my seed to anyone but i did link it to the scam website and as soon as i figured out what was going on i disconnected the link to that website. So my question is, despite how stupid i was, what can i do now? Is it still safe to use my eth if i never gave away the seed?

Again i feel terrible for what happened and i can see it has happened to others as well. But i cannot really blame anyone but myself and the scammer.
