I am a USA user did not fully understand that my account would be locked in 72 hours after logging in recently. I only wish to be able to transfer remaining tokens out of my Binance.com account to my wallet or Binance.US. Please let me know how I can just even briefly gain access to the account to initiate transfers out of the account.
I now understand that Binance.com stopped serving USA residents but I was out of the Crypto space for years and just recently tried to login and check balances.
The only support options I can find via opening a support ticket is the USA User option which repeatedly says the following:
Binance strives to operate in compliance with global legal requirements. As such, we regretfully cannot serve U.S. persons in accordance with our Terms of Service As such, if you are a U.S. citizen or resident, please transfer your assets out of your account at your earliest convenience. You may consider to use Binance U.S. or other U.S. platforms. Kindly check the FAQ for reference. More about Binance.US
I can't seem to find any other support avenue to contact a real person or to try to gain access to the account. I'm sure others are in this same situation, is there any way to gain access to the account to quickly transfer my coins/tokens?
I fully understand I am at fault for not reading/understanding what was happening at the time. I just wish there is a way to get back in there.
