Please recommend a better trading terminal?

I trade binance futures, but I really hate it that I can't drag my orders... all I want is really simple:

I want to place order on a specific price with an automatic placement of x% stop loss and take profit when the original order is executed... most importantly, I want to drag this entire order anywhere on the chart (unlike now that I have to delete the old order then create a new one)

Is there any third-party trading terminal service that allows me to do this?
