Polygon taken out of my wallet

I currently use Exodus wallet and I woke up this morning to find my Polygon has been taken out without my consent, no other coins have been touched however.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how this could have happened as I know I have not put my seed phrase onto onto scam sites, given it away or anything like that.

I just find it odd that only my Polygon has been taken out and nothing else as there are more valuable coins in there, surely if someone has access to my wallet they would just drain the whole thing. Could anyone indicate at all how this might have happened that would be great. I assume I have lost these coins now but at least I can learn something for the future.
