You pay 0 tax on your crypto. Basically right now Portugal is a crypto heaven.
Starting 2023:
If you sell your crypto for profit in less than a year after buying it, you pay 28% tax (sorry day traders).
If you hodl for 1 year or more, you pay 0% on your profit.
