I don't have any specific criticisms but seems like you're trying to do 5 different strategies at once. Having 2% JEPI you might as well just not go for high-yield dividend investing. Having 5% VTI you might as well not hedge against baseline stock market returns.
That said, I have some of the same idiosyncratic choices in my portfolio. My strategy involves recycling all of my money through "high risk" investments. So all my initial income goes into Bitcoin, tech stocks, innovation low caps, etc. and then if/when they yield a decent return (above 2X, above 5X for some like Bitcoin) I sell the initial and reinvest into things like JEPI, BST, and other high yield dividend stocks. Sometimes it feels better to invest in a specific company like Microsoft, Target, or something else that catches my eye.
So yeah, depends on your reasoning here but does seem like you're chasing trades like the commodities.
