Potential scam app on Apple Store

Potential Jupiter DEX scam app on IOS

So I accidentally installed this app called called Jupiter DEC on my iPhone thinking it was a legit jupiter app before even reading the description. It seems to be some kind of organiser app but uses the actual Jupiter logo. I realised very quickly it wasn't what I thought it was and didn't even open the app aswell.

I'd just like to know what potential consequences can come from downloading it and what measures should I take. I already have 2FA on all important apps linked to crypto. Should I wipe my iPhone and make a new Apple ID just in case?
