Pretty sure I'm getting scammed

To start off, I'm an idiot. Now that that's out of the way. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Or am in the process of getting scammed.

Short version, I matched with someone in a dating app who was all about Defi mining, and of course I'm thinking this is a scam. But, I've been looking into apps like Trust, Coinbase and Metamask, and it seems like everything she said checked out, and theres no way she could get into it unless I gave her my passwords. So I got a Trust wallet, which she does not have access to (to my knowledge).

She sent me a link to a mining node and some ETH to start it off. Again, she doesn't have access to my wallet. But ive been reading articles about how supposed scammers can drain specific coins that are bought, and I bought $150 of USDT to start mining. I have all my money in my wallet as of now, and now I'm paranoid about losing that $150.

Is there any way to stop the mining, or transfer the coins to another platform. Or is it safe? I really need some guidance on this.
