Problem with Binance authenticator here

hi, i have a problem with binance, binance authenticator has stopped working, so in the binance screen, after entering email and password and after swiping the lock (I'm not a robot) it asks me for the 6-digit key generated by binance authenticator which does not work. So I reset everything and now when I try to log in it tells me to wait and I can't access my account anymore. I also did facial recognition and answered security questions ... does anyone have a solution? Thank you all
