I had ETC and BTC in my account at Gemini. I bought a hardware wallet (Trezor One ) and moved the ETH to the wallet- so far so good.
But cannot do the same with ETH. Gemini says my wallet address ( same one I used for ETH ) is not recognized (!! WTF !!) and so I cannot move the ETH onto my wallet. Gemini has been lame and not helping. Trezor says there should be no problem. I used the ETH network at Gemini, still no dice.
Others had this problem ? Solution ?
