Professional looking to build team for upcoming NFT project.

I have over 20 years of executive level marketing experience with successful campaigns ranging from Stock Promotion / Investor Awareness , DeFi Investor Acquisition , Hedge Funds along with Physical Retail Locations.

I am looking to build a team from the ground up to launch an NFT project. I would prefer to organically grow a solid team as opposed to paying an NFT Development Agency to launch. I feel that the passion of having team members that have an interest and skin in the game far supersedes the passion and effort from a third party agency that takes a Payment and percentage and has no real interest in the project.

I have the budget, know how, resources, contacts and experience to ensure a very successful marketing and awareness campaign for the launch along with conceptualized ideas for projects.

I basically need a team for everything else in between. Artists, Dev, Web3 site design etc..
