Proof of address. Clarification needed.

I have to go through proof of tackle needed. As proper now, I've on palms lease agreement with the proprietor, for a yr. I don’t have and won't have any bills, coz they fall on the owner of the flat and he don’t need to change it. Can this agreement, with notarial conformation work? And if sure, there's an other problem. I used national passport to get first verification, and my international passport, for lease agreement, will it work? The identify is totally different (one in Russian, the other one in English)
