Proposal: Update the tipping mechanism to be able to tip with 2 decimals

I think that it's time to update the tipping mechanism due to the recent price increase in Moons.

My solution is to add the option to tip 0.01 up to 0.99 Moons. (Maybe we can call it Moon Dust?)

This would seem fair to me since:

1. Moons' current main purpose is to tip.
2. The current value of Moons is quite high, maybe a bit too high to tip others.
3. People who don't have a lot of Moons are limited to how many people they can tip.

This change does not affect the Moon distribution in any form, all it does is just adding the option to tip others with "Moon Dust" which promotes tipping and allows a better system to appreciate posts & comments from another user.

I'd love to see your feedback on this matter as this idea was liked on the CryptoCurrencyMeta sub
