I think people are getting confused about the biggest threat to your bitcoin and it's NOT publicly stating how much Bitcoin you have on social media. Whenever you buy from KYC exchanges your info can be leaked. In many cases, a lot of people here might already be compromised.

Hackers get people's info from those hacks. They hack your accounts and steal it the old fashioned way, from exchanges, email and Sim swaps.

All these posts warning people to stop posting their balances on media miss the bigger threat that you might already be at risk despite never posting online publicly how much you have.
