Put in a Reasonable Fee but Transaction still unconfirmed for 8 hours?

I put in a reasonable fee rate of 147 sat/vb, yet my transaction has still recieved 0 confirmations 8 hours later?

Fees are already very high, it ended up being close to 10% of the cost of the transaction I sent, yet apparently its still not enough for it to go through in a timely manner?

Bit frustrated as I don’t have the option to accelerate or change fees on this transaction, due to the platform I used to send.

Would appreciate help if possible
