Question about last bear market

I wasn’t in crypto last bear market so this is my first experience of a bear

Just wanting to ask what the last one was like and whether it shared similar characteristics to this one? Was the sentiment just as bad as it is now or was there any difference at all?

For example I noticed these have been the most common themes so far: frequent talks about crypto being worthless and a Ponzi/scam, retail investors have walked away, calls for Bitcoin going sub-10k and even zero, that crypto will eventually die, the whole SEC regulation stuff (which I personally don’t believe is gonna have any real effect, way too many powerful old dudes in suits invested in this game that wouldn’t let it happen just my perspective)
