Is it possible to create more than 2 party multisigs using the 2P-ecdsa trick for cheaper and more private outputs? I'm assuming no, because ab * G is non-linear, whereas Schnorr would make this possible with musig?
Also, why doesn't the lightning network use 2P-ecdsa, since when they close channels it wouldn't be visible on the blockchain as a 2-of-2?
