Question on Ethereum charge when Receiving money.

Hello. I withdrew money off Skrill and they say they charge 2%, and as far as I know Ethereum charges 3.27% , but my final amount equaled a 10% loss. Thats alot on top of the fees I already had when providing the goods/services. I used Atomic Wallet and they say they dont charge for receiving or sending. I also heard Bitcoin is only 0.5% per transaction , is this true? I will probably still support Ethereum either way though because I believe in it. Thanks in advance for any insight.
