Reading a projects white paper is extremely important

Hi guys,

I’ve been in crypto for quite some time now (2016), and I still feel like I don’t know what I’m doing haha

Though I have learned with trail & error, I now only invest in BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP. These 4 I only buy & DCA.

I have about 3-4 other coins that I’m not “married” to. I switch these ones out occasionally, depending on where my crypto research takes me. Currently, one of these coins is JASMY.

So, during my research on JASMY, I seen a lot of people call it a “slow rug pull” & that a lot of people are down 90+% on it.

This is why it is so important to read the white paper. Even if you are not tech savvy, such as myself, it holds valuable information that would be able to help you out when making an investment choice.

JASMY is indeed down significantly (99%).

The project has a great use case, high daily volume, and a reputable team. Why is it down so freaking much?!

Well, if you read the white paper, it states that they will release all their coins into circulating supply rather quickly. This is exactly what happened. It also happened during a bear market (awesome timing, I know).

People were purchasing JASMY for a high price when it had a 4.7 billion circulating supply. Circulating supply is now 50 billion. So, the coin went down in price due to massive dilution & being a bear market.

Who do you think is to blame here? I see people extremely upset & calling the project a scam & a rug pull, when that is not the case.

Even though releasing so many coins early on & driving the price down does not seem right, they have had it in their white paper the whole time. Anyone could have read the coin release schedule prior to investing. Just sad that people lose money, then cry scam. Very difficult to differentiate a real scam & not in this space, since there is so much of it going on.
