Really confused how to send my funds back to coinbase from wallet..

OK.. I may sound really dumb here but the coinbase wallet is really frustrating to me.

I attempted to transfer my Doge back to coinbase. It's out of the wallet but has not arrived back to my coinbase account.

I also have other cryptos that seem really hard to transfer back and I'm at a loss as to how to even cash these out.. How the heck do I get SHIBA and Chiliz out of there?

When I transfered the Doge coins I went to my main coinbase account, clicked receive and copied that link, went to my wallet and clicked send and copied the link into the address. Does that make sense?

Any advice would be appreciated. I don't see how the wallet is supposed to be convenient, am I the only one that finds it confusing to navigate this stuff? Thank you.
