Recently joined a big CEX as a Software Developer, AMA

Hey good folks from r/CC, wanted to let you all know that I have joined a big centralised exchange as a software developer, I am feeling great about it and wanted to share my journey with you guys. I started to learn programming at the age of 22, learned enough in 10 months while doing a part time job to get a support position in a small company. Worked there for like an year to gain experience, and kept preparing for interviews on the side. Fast forward 4 months, I'm now working as a Software Development Engineer in one of the top CEXs ( One friend who works there referred me for this job ). I know there might be a few people here who are looking to switch job profiles or want to get started with programming, so go ahead AMA
