Recover btc multisig wallet including signers with passphrases without using sparrow wallet

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up my BTC multisig wallet. I will be using a mix of different HWW and a hot wallet. Each has 24-word seed + passphrase. Setting it up and recovering it in sparrow wallet works fine, but I would feel better if I knew how to recover the wallet without using sparrow as a backup.
I tried electrum, which did not allow me to import passphrases, even when selected BIP39 and entering 24 word seed + passphrase. I tried Wasabi, Specter (this one just wouldnt start on my machine, due to same error, see below). I have not tried blue wallet since it does not have a windows desktop app.
Importantly, I want to be able to not only recover my wallet using exported file, but only using written down infos (seed words, passphrases, zpub/xpub, script/derivation path).
