Recovering an old crypto wallet

Hi everyone, a long time ago I downloaded an app on my Mac and set up a crypto wallet. I created the wallet and saved the 25-word secret phrase, but after that, I completely forgot about it and haven't used the wallet since. Now, I still have the secret phrase, but I can't remember which app or website I used to create the wallet. Does anyone know how I can figure out which platform I used? More importantly, how can I recover my account using just the secret phrase? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
