recovering money from FTX - any ideas?

As an investor who put their hard-earned money into FTX and placed trust in Sam Bankman-Fried, it's understandable that I want to explore ways to potentially recover my funds, whether that includes bounty hunting sbf or scavenging for money, regardless I need some money back. all jokes aside, I am aware there are a few potential ways to recover some money back.

look, I am a father and a day trader, well "day trader" - and currently I am not liquid enough to continue looking after my kids and family, I do need to get some funds rather quickly and I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction on how to do so.

My situation is more sensitive then you think, I am a stay at home dad and just trying to make ends meet, if someone can help then please do, no need to be rude in the comments.
