According to Reuters, Reddit is planning an IPO for the 2nd half of 2023. Honestly pretty surprising considering the state of the market, but everything is all over the place. Recession speak, tech stocks making new ATHs, its hard to envision why now is the right time but there are people more qualified than I to make these decisions.
What do you think the future holds for moons? Is this bullish or bearish? Is it bullish because reddit community points are a great incentive for platform engagement and encourage growth within subreddit ecosystems? Is it bearish because Reddit fears compliance and regulatory burdens with crypto innovation?
Personally i lean towards being bullish, moons are a product of the community here and i think we have done a good job creating an ecosystem that Reddit wouldnt want to stifle. What do u think?
