Greets!
So, I've managed to have a friend switch to Binance and he got himself KYC confirmed, buy some crypto and traded others. He used my referral code, we both share 10%.
The thing is, however, even after a month, Binance still lists him as "no trade" in the referral page and thus nobody earned anything. He didn't get his "kickback" either.
What am I missing? Anybody got any experience with this feature? Contact Binance support, maybe?
