Every month there is at least one to two major stories in the crypto news, with a high probability of them being about multimillion dollar loses of some kind. Sadly.
Remember Cryptoland, Ada smart contract launch or the Safemoon wind turbines. They seem like an age ago. Elon appearing on SNL might as well have been a lifetime ago. Yet they were all consuming of this subreddit. Just like how Shib, Doge, Ape, Luna were/are, there will be others.
I do wish that there was a crypto historian of sorts that captures the hot button top two each week of crypto. So you could scroll back through 2020/21.
Maybe there is? What events were standouts for you?
In looking back you'd see a vast majority of the happenings albeit very entertaining are completely pointless to spend time on outside of a few posts keeping in the know, if you're not involved in the project.
Crypto news each week is extremely distracting as it is wild, crazy, funny af, sad af or all the above. Yet don't fall into the trap on just relying on here to tell you what is going on, as this mainly just shows the hype stuff. You need to keep on top of what is happening with your projects.
As what is obvious is that alot of times the red flags of trouble brewing in a project can be seen if you pay attention and don't let any spin tell you the water ain't wet.
For those of you that are across your projects of choice, what is the big news coming in short term for it?
TLDR: Crypto is entertainingly wild, yet keep on top of your project, otherwise you might get caught out
