I would routinely move crypto funds in between KuCoin and Binance.us using ALGO. Early this month I did a normal deposit from KuCoin to Binance.US that equaled several thousand dollars USD in ALGO.
Since then…I have not seen these funds. I have no idea where they are or if Binance will ever help me find them no matter how many places or times I ask. They claim maintenance but that was almost 11 days ago...
You have to BEG to get ANY sort of help. If you care about your funds and don’t like getting absolutely fucked by a terrible platform and terrible customer support, stay as far away from Binance as possible.
