Reminder: With new ATH’s and memecoins surging, don’t be a dick to new investors.

Memecoins bring in new and sometimes uneducated users to crypto. This is a good thing. Don’t forget, you were once new in Crypto and made some stupid decisions too. If people want to go all in on memecoins, let them. They’ll learn a lesson in one way or another.

1. First of all, be friendly.
2. Help new users learn, by having them check the wiki (regarding moons) and other resources like investopedia.
3. Don’t be afraid to send them to subreddits like personalfinance too.
4. Show them how to DYOR and how to get started.
5. Resist the urge to “blind shill” your favorite project. It’s always better to have educated and informed investors.

I’d steer all new users away from YouTube, Instagram, and any other influencer sites, as their biases and shilling are problematic.

Remember, don’t be a dick… especially to new people who may have just lost a ton of money.
