Resetting sms/Google authenticator

I recently got my phone stolen and I didn’t back up my google authenticator and well obviously I can’t get any sms messages. So I contacted Binance support and I gave them all the information and video proof they wanted they said they’ll get back to me soon but it’s already been 5 days and I’m starting to get a little nervous. Not only that, every time I call for an agent nobody ever enters the chat to answer my questions. I would just like to know how long it will take for them to get back to me.
